(NASDAQ: MBII) (MBI), an international leader in sustainable bioprotection and plant health solutions, announced the signing of an exclusive agreement to distribute a foliar fertilizer and plant health technology in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
As of this winter cereal season, Syngenta will include in its seed treatment products portfolio a biofungicide developed by Rizobacter and the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA).

The company was founded in 1977 in Pergamino City, the heart of the Pampas, by a small group of entrepreneurs. One of them is Ricardo Yapur, current vice-president after Bioceres Group acquired 50.01% of the shares in 2016.
